Madrugada - The Riverbed (1999)

Οι Madrugada ήταν ένα Νορβηγικό ροκ συγκρότημα που δημιουργήθηκε στην πόλη Stokmarknes το 1992. Το συγκρότημα αρχικά αποτελούνταν από τα μέλη Σίβερτ Χόιεμ (φωνητικά), Ρόμπερτ Μπούρας (κιθάρα) και Frode Jacobsen (μπάσο).

Οι Madrugada ήταν γνωστοί για τον χαρακτηριστικό νωχελικό και ελαφρά μελαγχολικό τους ήχο.

Είχαν δώσει αρκετές επιτυχημένες συναυλίες στην Ελλάδα. Μετά το θάνατο του κιθαρίστα τους, Ρόμπερτ Μπούρας στις 12 Ιουλίου 2007, αποφάσισαν να ολοκληρώσουν τις ηχογραφήσεις τους και στις 15 Νοεμβρίου 2008 πραγματοποίησαν την τελευταία τους συναυλία στο Όσλο. Ο τραγουδιστής τους, Σίβερτ Χόιεμ, ακολουθεί σόλο καριέρα.

Το κομμάτι Riverbed κυκλοφόρησε το 1999 στο ΕΡ "No Depression" και μέχρι πρότινος ήταν ιδιαίτερα δυσεύρετο εκτός Νορβηγίας, μέχρι που συμπεριλήφθηκε ως bonus στην deluxe έκδοση του πρώτου τους άλμπουμ "Industrial Silence".
