Ultimate Spinach - Jazz Thing (1968)

Οι Ultimate Spinach ήταν ένα  psychedelic-hard rock-blues συγκρότημα από τη Βοστώνη. Στο αποκορύφωμα τους,  τη δεκαετία  του '60 έγραφαν κυρίως κομμάτια μεγάλης διάρκειας, όπως τα  "Ballad of the Hip Death Goddess", από το LP Ultimate Spinach (1968) και "Genesis of Beauty",  από το Behold And See (1968).

Για μια πρώτη γνωριμία μαζί τους (για όσους  δεν τους γνωρίζουν φυσικά) , διάλεξα το κομμάτι  Jazz Thing από το Behold and See που ήταν και παραμένει το αγαπημένο μου….
